Functional Modules
Sales Cycle
SIOI provides you the facilities to issue Sales Quotation,
generate Customer Order taking information directly from confirmed Sales Quotation or taking information directly from SIOI through Internet,
issue Invoice and Packing Lists, and generate various sales and outstanding order reports.
Purchase Cycle
You can issue Purchase Order and let your vendors retrieve and enquire the same information online through Internet.
You will have to input Good Receipt information to update your inventory status. You can print out purchase reports, outstanding purchase reports and goods received information.
Inventory
The system provides facilities for stock adjustments, stock transfers and sales returns.
Together with the goods receipt and shipping (packing list) information,
you can always get the most up-to-date inventory status filtered or ordered by a format fit for specific requirements.
Masters and Constants Setup
SIOI provides various maintenance tables for masters and constants such as warehouse codes, unit of measurement, currency codes, customer codes, vendor codes, item master and others, to help maintain data uniformity.
External Interface
The system imports Sales Order information through customer purchase data directly from SIOI or other sources by CSV files, and export various data into other format simply by "Cut & Paste". The system also provide interface to WebAccount System, i.e., goods receipts information to Account Payable and invoice information to Account Receivable.
It can be even customized to export data for other legacy accounting systems such as Sun Account, etc.

DATA ENTRY
It is on this module where the user can add, edit, save, view and search transactions and records on the following:
- Cash module – all records pertaining to cash receipts and disbursements

- General ledger – records data not belonging to the above module like journal entries, etc.
MASTER FILE
This is called the master lists. The user can add, edit, view, and search list of the following:

- Vendors – list of suppliers and their information
- Payee – list of other payees not noted in the vendors file
- Fixed Assets – serves as fixed asset register
- Currency – master list of monetary currencies and respective conversion rate

This is the process of setting up of vouchers, receipts, aging period for receivables and payables, posting, fiscal period and the general set-up before the start of use of the system.

System Overview
Among the outstanding benefits of the Payroll system is its ease-of-use.
With just a press of the keys or a click of the mouse, the system processes the employee's payroll deductions, additionals, overtime calculations, loans, year-end tax adjustments, contributions, and reports to solve their payroll requirements.
The current version can support three banks for the payroll-to-bank data thru diskette submission. The system also supports security access for user protection purposes. It has also a utility tool for database maintenance clean-up. Moreover, it creates backup files for every payroll posted and it has a history menu screen for viewing of general employee payroll and for printing of reports from the history data.
The system graphic design is well interfaced to suit users in using the system. If the interface today is not available, we will be glad to interface the system to meet your specific application.
